| Packing Details | The machines are packed in a poly wooden cases. Each case is covered with waterproof tarpaulin, reinforced with windproof belts and wooden wedges to ensure no movement during transportation. All vulnerable parts are additionally padded with shock-absorbing foam. | ||||
- To ensure the safety of equipment during long-distance transport and to prevent issues such as impact, moisture damage and rust, our company implements a rigorous packaging and transport plan to safeguard the wire cut EDM equipment throughout the entire journey:
1. Rail container transport: The equipment is packed in non-solid wood crates, secured with wooden wedges and reinforced with anti-sway straps to ensure that the CNC EDM equipment remains stable and free from impact during long-distance container transport, providing comprehensive protection for the equipment itself;
2. Overseas Land Transport Protection: During the land transport phase, all wooden crates are covered with thick, waterproof tarpaulins to effectively block out rain and moisture, preventing rust and dampness, and ensuring the AWT wire cutting EDM machine arrives at its destination in perfect condition;
3. Shock-absorbing protection: All vulnerable components of the equipment (such as the wire feeders, control panels and AWT automatic threading system) are additionally lined with shock-absorbing foam to effectively withstand vibrations and impacts during transit, thereby preventing component damage.
As shown in the image, all equipment is currently fully packaged and undamaged, awaiting cross-border transport at the Chinese border, and will soon be delivered to the customer.
