High Speed Semi-automatic Drilling Machine
The main shaft lifting and secondary lifting are using Taiwan linear guide rail and ball screw, better ensure the processing accuracy.The rotating head of the motor adopts tungsten steel wear-resistant plate and multiple waterproof structure to ensure the rotating concentricity of the chuck.
Digital high frequency: PWM special pulse outlet.High frequency soft start function, machining surface without burrs.
Fixed depth function: the use of encoding disk count, a, b phase orthogonal decoding, strong anti-interference ability, more accurate depth.
Limit function: Meet the lower limit automatically rises to the top, if the copper tube is replaced halfway, it can also rise directly to the top.
The main shaft lifting using subdivision stepper motor drive, to achieve fast lifting, head travel electric control.
