About Machine

The new product BQY400 wire edm cutting machine, in addition to the conventional closed-loop five-axis full servo control system, adds an adjustable servo thread tightening control system. BQY400 Wire EDM Machine

BQ400 electric control servo system combined with imported linear guide transmission, enables rough cutting at 300mm height at speed of 9000-12000mm²/hour, first cutting at 6,000-7,500mm²/hour, and second cutting at 5000-6500mm²/hour under normal operation for a long time. BQS400 Wire EDM Machine

After seven years of use, BQ’s wire edm machine accuracy can still reach within 5 microns, relying on components,processes and control systems. The castings undergo secondary tempering treatment to prevent deformation. The mechanical rotating parts all adopt imported brands, resulting in less wear. The assembly workshop adopts a constant temperature system, combined with the control and power supply system of BQ. After several years of use, the accuracy difference can be compensated by the system to restore the original accuracy.

Machine Accuracy

BQ castings use import casting suppliers with well-known brands. First, sand molds are made, then high-standard cast iron blanks are smelt in medium-frequency electric furnaces, undergo secondary tempering heat treatment, grinding, anti-rust treatment, physical and chemical analysis, and finally pass the precise inspection standards to be qualified wire cut edm machine. After the casting is returned to BQ, it is roughly machined on a gantry machining center and then naturally aged for more than eight months to prevent deformation of the casting.

When the accuracy of the wire edm cutting machine declines, the system compensation parameters can be remeasured and updated by a laser interferometer. The precise positioning of the machine tool is measured by the back-and-forth movement of the laser interferometer to obtain the reverse error data. Accyracy compensation

Anti-electrolysis technology

The BQ cnc spark erosion machine can automatically correct the Angle of the material through the AR system, eliminating the traditional step of using a dial to find the verticality. Coordinate point collection can be carried out by conducting two touch samples (point 1 and point 2) in the X-axis direction, and the system automatically calculates the deflection Angle of the current material. The system immediately shows the offset of the material, eliminating the need for manual measurement. Automatic compensation algorithm: The system automatically calculates the rotation parameters based on the collected coordinate points and directly generates a processing path with Angle compensation.

AR Function

The operation process of the edm spark erosion machine can be achieved through the lifting shaft to quickly pick up and place the workpiece. The operation steps are: lifting the shaft → picking up the workpiece → one-click restoration, which can precisely restore the original coordinate position. When manual adjustment causes coordinate offset, the manual mode confirmation key must be triggered. Processing can only continue after the coordinate value returns to zero.The equipment is equipped with a protection mechanism. If the coordinate system is forcibly changed, the system will automatically block the processing flow, and the initial coordinates need to be restored through the manual confirmation key.

The functions of wire spark erosion machine are mainly applied in two processing scenarios: one is to modify the subsequent processes of the completed processed graphics; The second is the continuous processing when introducing the new prototype.The operation process of the first situation: When modifying the already processed graphics, lock the completed part through the fixed function. After the modification, use the ignore function to skip the processed area and directly execute the subsequent processing instructions.The second operation process: After importing the new prototype, locate it to the current processing starting point through coordinates.

Ignore Function

The coordinate setting of cnc edm spark erosion machine can be achieved by manually touching the four edges of the workpiece, triggering the machine tool to record the values of each coordinate. The system automatically calculates the center point. After each touch to the edge, press the “Process” key. When the machine tool emits a prompt sound, the single-sided coordinate recording is completed. Repeat this process four times to complete the full edge sampling. After the center point positioning is completed through the four-sided coordinate recording,It automatically displays the center point coordinate value. At this time, the workpiece can be disassembled and moved to the zero point coordinate position.

Inclined angle center finding

The zeroing operation of the hand control box is completed by pressing the zeroing key of the hand control box to reset the X-axis coordinates. The manual control box is shaken by hand to make the wire spark erosion machine parts contact the edge of the workpiece, and the movement direction is controlled by the positive and negative direction keys. The center point calculation is completed through bidirectional measurement, that is, after the two edges touch, press the 1/2 key to automatically calculate the coordinates of the midpoint of the X-axis → the cnc spark erosion machine device automatically performs axial movement → the center point positioning is completed.

Manual center finding

The simulation function of the wedm machine onscreen interface can preview the processing flow of other machine tools. The single-segment processing control of the interface supports the selection of specific processing sections for execution. After the execution is completed, it will automatically pause, which is convenient for segmented debugging and operation. When the unmanned mode is applied during night processing, a pause point can be set at the end of the program. Once reached, the power will be automatically cut off and the machine will stop to prevent the risk of workpiece dropping. The pause point setting method can be achieved by selecting the target code segment and clicking “Pause Settings”.

Power off protection

Wireless transmission of wire spark erosion machine files sends computer files to the device through a wireless network. After sending,It can be synchronized after refreshing. The system will automatically add the time after the file name and generate the file name to avoid the problem of duplicate file overwriting. The base code editing function supports direct base code editing on the device interface, making it suitable for users familiar with code operations. The frame simulation function provides an overhead simulation of idle running. The simulation speed is controlled by the progress bar, and the speed increases as the right sliding bar moves further to the right.

Remote monitoring

The application scenarios of the reverse selection function in the wire electrical discharge machining wedm system: When there are edges in the processing path that do not need to be recut, the reverse selection function can be used to directly jump to the designated processing starting point and skip the invalid cutting path. For internal contours that must be cut around the entire circumference, the closed-reverse function can automatically position to the preset starting point and complete the full cutting cycle. The two functions, by precisely positioning the processing starting point, avoid the repetitive operations of traditional wire threading adjustment.

Reverse cut

The setting of electronica spark erosion machine pause points can prevent scrap from falling and causing wire breakage during the processing, ensuring operational safety. When the program reaches the preset pause point, it will automatically stop. The operator can manually remove the waste material and continue processing. The function cancellation mechanism allows you to cancel the set pause points at any time by clicking on the interface. The system provides immediate and effective cancellation feedback. The pause point setting interface provides visual prompts and supports real-time modification and status confirmation functions.

The step-skipping function of cnc wire erosion machine: This system supports skipping any processing section and positioning point, featuring high flexibility. By selecting the last processing task and clicking the skip button, the system automatically locates the starting point to the target position. After completing the step jumping operation, the wire removal process needs to be carried out first, and then the processing program is started through the manual box. Task segmentation execution enables large workpieces to be automatically processed before the end of work.
